Currently, our cattery has been screened for, and we continue to test/screen for Feline Leukemia ( FelV),
Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and any other
heart problems, and Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD).
We are now doing two new DNA tests with all our current breeding cats:

We are looking for permanent homes for our special little ones so please be sure you are willing to make the commitment to care for this kitten for it's lifetime, which could be up to 15 years.
Please read the following considerations before choosing to add a Bengal cat or kitten to your family.
At Bengal Cats Of Northern California we will only sell top quality kittens/cats as breeders and the decision to show or not to show will be left up to the purchaser.
Being that temperament is something that is cultivated and must be continually nurtured, we cannot guarantee temperament once the kitten/cat leaves our care and supervision.
Your Bengal is guaranteed to arrive as a well socialized, friendly, outgoing cat/kitten and should transition well into your family. Their are many factors that go into maintaining a friendly, outgoing personality and the cat or kitten must continue to be exposed to many different people and situations to help ensure a successful show career.
If the cat has been sold for breeding purposes, failure to produce offspring after reaching maturity
and being bred to two proven mates would constitute an unsuitable an unsuitable sale.
A male sold for breeding purposes would be expected to produce pregnancy in a proven queen by two years of age, and should be tried with at least two or three proven females during that time.
Our pet quality Bengal's are just as beautiful, loving, and outgoing, and come from the same parents as our breeder quality kittens. The kitten may have a slight fault which would prevent him/her from winning in the show ring, such as a tail fault, a white spot, a bar or stripe, or a color or pattern that may not be as sharp or highly contrasted. Any such minor imperfections are always taken into consideration when evaluating our kittens for placement, and make the difference between breeder and pet quality determination. We do our best to match you up with the perfect Bengal for your needs. Our pet prices for kittens between $1000 and $1200 and up. This price includes two sets of vaccinations all health and sales guarantees, registration documents, and several days supply of the type of food and litter.
Only top quality kittens or cats will be sold for breeding purposes, however any kitten from our cattery may be sold as a pet. Since our main objective is to produce wild looking, domesticated versions of the beautiful Asian Leopard cat for people to enjoy in there home, any of our babies can be purchased to be someone's cherished companion. The price of a breeder quality Bengal when sold as a pet, to be spayed or neutered and not shown, will be between $800 and $1500 and up.
